I am so excited as I write this post on my first blog on my sparkly new website. Blogging is the most amazing way to share my thoughts and ideas with you all, and that given what an opportunity to introduce myself and to let you all know my plans for Beeing Lou and my very own oily products.

My name is Louise, and I have very recently set up my own business ‘Beeing Lou’

For the last 18 years of being a Mum to 5 gorgeous children, I have grown as a person and am at the point where I am ready to share things that have personally helped me with my well-being journey.

I have always had a passion for alternative therapies, essential oils especially and I started blogging about a variety of these alternative ways as an emotional outlet for my creativities and experiences. ‘Getting to the root of the problem’ is a well known saying, and it’s so very true. I am a strong believer that we should treat a person as a whole rather than with just the symptom whether it be emotional or physical.

This is where I came to the conclusion to create a product filled with good intentions that can help aid in the process. Knowing my products don’t only smell divine, they can help on a deeper level too makes it that much more magical.

Gifts from nature

Essential oils are a precious gift from nature, derived from fruits, herbs and flowers. Each has its own healing properties and can be very effective at combating stress and anxiety, improving our mood, lifting our spirits and helping us have a more calm and positive, and grounded disposition.

Roller on the go

I have created some essential roller ball oil blends that are a safe way to enjoy your oils. On their own essential oils are potent and shouldn’t be used directly on the skin. My blends of 100% essential oils have been mixed with a high quality fractionated coconut carrier oil. That means they are ready to use topically, without needing to further dilute. A quick and easy portable aromatherapy fix at your fingertips! They are a perfect size to be packed into a bag, purse, work drawer or stashed in a drawer in your bedside table, ready for when you need them.

Extra healing

I have formulated the aromatherapy blends based on their holistic functions along with a few clear quartz gemstone chips in each bottle to enhance the healing properties. Clear quartz is a powerful crystal that dispels negative energy and is named the “master healer” out of the semi-precious stones.
